Through our state of the art back up and recovery system, your mission critical Internet data will be restored with minimal impact to your operations.

What Are Our Services?

Level I - Provides fully managed backup services for co-located web and application servers. The service includes daily incremental and weekly full backup cycles, with a 4-week retention time. Weekly backup sets are transferred off-site for storage in a secure facility. Includes management of up to 10GB per server per month, with additional backup space available on demand. One managed server restore and 5 managed file retrievals per month are included.

Level II Windows - Provides fully managed "on-line" backup services for co-located Windows based database and messaging servers. This service includes all aspects of Level I service, but also includes the ability to eliminate database downtime by performing live backups. Includes up to 20 GB of storage per month, with additional backup space available on demand. Level II UNIX - Provides fully managed "on-line" backup services for co-located Unix based database and messaging servers. This service includes all aspects of Level I service, but also includes the ability to eliminate database downtime by performing live backups. Includes up to 20 GB of storage per month, with additional backup space available on demand.
